Add or update restaurant categories in Sparky POS

Sparky POS uses restaurant categories to organize products on the ordering screen. Steps 1. Open the back office and go to Category and Supplier or Category Configuration. 2. Select an existing category to edit it, or choose Add for a new category. 3. Enter a short category name and choose the applicable display colors. 4. Save the category and confirm that it appears in the category list. 5. If the installation uses category.ini, verify that the saved category number and name match the configuration. 6. Restart or refresh the restaurant POS console, then confirm the category and its items appear correctly. Important Back up category.ini before editing it manually. Duplicate category numbers or names can cause items to appear under the wrong menu group.
