Navigate the Items Listing page

Go to Master List > Items Listing. This is the main ALPHINE WEB product database. Main controls • Add New Item opens the product registration form. • Recompute recalculates inventory values and balances. • Attach associates a file with selected items. • Delete Selected removes checked records. Review the selection carefully. • Download creates an item-data file. Use Show Entries to control the number of rows displayed. Use Select Columns to choose the fields visible in the table. Copy, Excel, CSV, and Print export the current view, so apply your search and column selection first. Each product row also has an Actions menu for viewing, editing, or deleting that item.
