Assign module permissions to a user

Open Username Menu > User Access, then select the User ID and Store ID. Global permissions Column Manager allows table-column customization. Enable Delete grants deletion capability. Enable Edit allows changes to existing records. Limit edit and delete rights to authorized roles. Module permissions Use Search Permissions to find a feature. Expand groups such as Menu, Inventory, Points, Payroll, Transactions, or Sales Reports. Enable the individual functions required by the user's responsibilities. Use Enable All or Disable All only when the entire group should change. Review the Pending Changes counter, then select Save Changes. Sign in using a test or affected account and confirm that permitted modules are visible while restricted features remain inaccessible.
