Customize quotations and upload the store logo

Go to Username Menu > System Setup > Quotation. 1. Upload a clear JPG or PNG store logo no larger than 10 MB. 2. Configure up to five approved quotation header or footer lines. 3. Set the labels used for signatory positions and model numbers. 4. Open Terms and Conditions and enter the approved standard wording. 5. Save the changes. Generate a test quotation. Review the logo quality, company information, labels, line breaks, signatory positions, and terms on both the preview and printed or PDF output. Have legal or management personnel approve commercial terms before they are used for customer quotations.
