Enable the required .NET Framework features

Some ZANK POS desktop components require Windows .NET Framework features. Steps 1. Sign in to Windows using an administrator account. 2. Open Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off. 3. Enable .NET Framework 3.5, including .NET 2.0 and 3.0, when required by support. 4. Keep the supported .NET Framework 4.x Advanced Services enabled. 5. Select OK and allow Windows to obtain or apply the required files. 6. Restart Windows, then open the POS and verify the original error is gone. Important Use only Microsoft Windows features or approved installation media. Contact support if Windows cannot download the component.
