Monitor stock with Running Inventory

Go to Inventory > Running Inventory. 1. Select a Store ID for a specific location. 2. Enter an Item Code or Item Name when checking one product. 3. Select Apply Filters. Use Reset to clear all filters. The results can show transaction number and date, store, item code, item name, beginning quantity, balance, sales, delivery, pullout, adjustment, sales return, transfer in, and transfer out. When investigating a difference, compare the beginning quantity with every movement type. Transfers should normally show Transfer Out at the source and Transfer In at the destination. Deliveries increase stock, while sales and pullouts usually decrease it. Use Item History when you need the detailed transaction trail for one item.
