Configure and verify loyalty points

Loyalty settings define how purchases earn points and which customers participate. Steps 1. Open Administration > System Setup and locate the points configuration. 2. Enable Points Tag and enter the approved minimum purchase or earning thresholds. 3. Save the system setup. 4. Open Customer Entry, select the customer, and enable the applicable Points tag. 5. Save the customer and complete a controlled test sale. 6. Review the customer's points and Points Earned/Ledger report. Important Do not change the earning formula during an active promotion without management approval; the change can affect all later transactions.
