Set the retail receipt printer name

The retail POS must use the same printer name that Windows shows in Printers & scanners. Steps 1. Open Windows Printers & scanners and copy the exact receipt-printer name. 2. Right-click the Zentyal POS shortcut and choose Open file location when configuration files are stored beside the application. 3. Open the approved printer setup or configuration screen/file as administrator. 4. Enter the exact Windows printer name, including spaces and model text. 5. Save the setting and restart the POS console. 6. Print a controlled test receipt, then verify normal receipt and report output. Important Back up any configuration file before editing it. Change only the printer-name setting documented for the installed version.
