Understand Item Listing totals and computations

The bottom of Item Listing summarizes the records returned by the current query. Steps 1. Open Item Listing and apply the required item, department, brand, section, supplier, or division filter. 2. Run Query and check T. Items for the number of returned products. 3. Review T. UCost for the total unit cost and SPrice for the total selling price. 4. Review Capital W/Bal., which uses unit cost multiplied by inventory balance. 5. Review SPrice W/Bal., which uses selling price multiplied by inventory balance. 6. Export the filtered list when the totals need to be reviewed or reconciled. Important These totals depend on the current filters and inventory balances. Clear unintended filters before using them for reconciliation.
